I haven´t had much time to write on my blog lately. The reason for this is the essay I had to hand in this week, which I´ve been working on for five days. I chose the assignment about comparing and contrasting biological and psychological explanations of schizophrenia. It was an essay title that contained a lot for an essay with 1500 words, so it was hard to get the word amount right. I have never written a real assay like this before because I´ve mostly been writing articles and exams in Norway, so I think it was a challenging essay to start with. It would be hard enough to write an essay in norwegian, so writing in academic english wasn´t easy at all. Luckily my flatmate read through it to make sure there wasn´t too many grammar mistakes. When I finally finished my essay and handed it in, I felt so relieved! Then I realized that I had to start my lab-report, so most of the time nowadays is used to plan and write my lab-report...
